networking question:
i was looking at my azerothcore server on localhost.
i have 2 services running which have to be visible to the client: auth (tcp 3724) and world servers (tcp 8085).
is this all there is, or are there other connections spawned during runtime?
the info i found on trinity core is that it also uses these ports... no info if tcp or udp (i assume it is likely also tcp, since the wotlk client is expecting that... maybe someone can confirm).
does anyone know if the current retail clients still use this setup, or has their networking changed?

from what i can see via powershell / netstat, the 335a client runs just with this single tcp connectoin (could ofc be that some actions might still open more connections)
... maybe someone in here is more knowledgable than me and can answer it... most of all if it works the same way on retail (would like to avoid renewing my subscription with lizzard lol)

retail/classic 1.15 clients are slightly different - there is bnetserver (realm/auth server), world server and instance server

thanks for sharing... you know if it's still tcp only by any chance?
