I made new thing for my ultimate come back.
It is vendor creator now, scripted by me in vB.NET.
I am sure that you will like it
It support Aspire, Arcemu, Mangos.
How to use: Fill Empty text boxes then click submit and like that how much items do you want to add at vendor then get sql -> Choose Your Emu-> Save SQL As and then select where to save.
