At the same time you see games like CSGO that is in a similar style to wow pvp, and having communication tools there does not particularly increase the willingness to cooperate

It's so much easier for me to look in game at channels where this happens, or even google for premade BGs to find a discord server or reddit thread. I would never ever ever hope to randomly encounter an organized movement in a BG.
