010 says it doesnt exist
IDA says it doesnt exist if loaded as 64, 32, or 16 bit binary file.
IDA: its only discoverable as "portable executable for 80386 PE pe64.dll", I edit the value, save, and it becomes unusuable.
Ollydbg: I go to the address, edit the value at 00A394B6 from 0D to 0F but it makes it 0F 09 instead and further attempts to change it add more digits rather than actually edit it properly.
