FDE is a database editor, you can create creatures, items, Gameobjects, quests, and link your quests.
Works for version 3.3.2.

I've found a few bugs earlier. Sometimes, randomly, the creature flags (for vendor, gossip, auctioneer, etc) add 132 to the sum for vendor and quest iirc. So if I just pick 1 for gossip I'd end up with 133 somehow.
Also, unhandled exception at the start (after db details). You can just click continue but it's a bit annoying
