I must have fucked up something with the settings, because this error is throws from the managed reader which should be completely ignored when using native stormlib. Just to make sure, do you compile from sources or do you use prebuilt binaries?
Settings are stored in `%appdata%/../local/WoWDatabaseEditor/default`
