is there something like a community driven DB for 335a offsets and their meanings? (no, wowdev.wiki doesn't count, bc it's super slow to sift through XD)
would be very beneficial to have better labels in Ghidra or IDA.
started to rename a few things on my own, makes understanding a lot easier, most of all in the decompilation view

also understanding question: do WMO group files reside inside a WMO root file, or are those separate files? (meaning, are the group files something like a structure inside a structure)?

no, not really. tomrus IDB but that like a handful of structs + a few offsets. You'd be better off just collecting these from different sites and parsing them with IDAPython or ghidra

well, i can try to start a repo for that, but it will be pretty barren with my handful of entries XD
just have to figure out exactly how Ghidra works and if i can just share the label data or something, so i don't run into DMCA problems
