Added tray icon when you click on close, also mysql restarter doesn't seem to be such necessary. And also added a pauze/enable option :]

EDIT: Since it requires the framework, maybe include it within the package as a redistributable, or at least give a link to it in the thread in case people try to run it and they go WTFFFF.
