WoW Machinima Tool + Calculator + Website with RGB converter.
Process:
- Set light data to desired values using WoW Machinima Tool
- For each value input RGB to hex converter website
- Input hex value into calculator and convert to decimal
- Copy decimal value to associated LightInt row, matched with wowdev.wiki

what's the use case? If working on the same project work on the same shared database. If farming out work to external people assign a ID range
