It simply is - with tricks like turning off object collisions, teleporting by small distances, setting your movement speed down a lot...

Many of those thingsd can be achieved via commands, some via hacks

And in this particular case afaik thatflag is even made to fit on that pole in case you are standing directly in pole's origin

It even makes sense for 3D modeller making that model - you are building such thing as one model, to make it all fit

yeah, your right, but isn't it better to place it to right place in noggit, then to "convert" its coordinates and to add it via sql command?
Personally, I'm getting correct coordinates from camera, but thats still takes pretty lots time(1-2-3mins)
