Because it definitely does feel that for anyone who isn't pupousfuly attempting to find out what is going on and say "hey, I wanna help"

If there is only very little amount of people who, on their own, come and say "hey, I wanna help", its time to ask a question - "why is it so, and can't we do something to get more people involved?"
