So I am new to this, and I started messing with the WoW Spell Editor. I found some spell changes to work but one that I can't get the changes to be reflected in game is Garrote. I wanted to remove the stealth and the "must be behind enemy" requirements. I only found the "Only Stealthed" to be ticked, but even with it turned off, the requirement stays in game. I'm on 3.3.5a. Does anyone have an idea as to why or maybe a suggestion of where to look?
