I've modified ChrStartOutfits.dbc, it's definitely applied to the server and it's definitely included in client MPQs with nothing later in the load order, but it just doesn't seem to be applying - character creation shows not even the vanilla starting gear, but those from a previous version of my modified DBC/MPQ. When the character is actually created, the gear changes to the correct loadout in the character selection screen. I really don't know what I'm missing; any help?
