ItemDisplayInfo.dbc
and I use keira3 on azerothcore to create a copy of existing item or create new one, but with a new display ID for the custom textures
or you can rename the textures for texture swap on already existing model (that's why it was named red instead of blue in the patch I sent)
for mop, I don't know but maybe it's similar, I don't think keira3 exist for mop though, so you'll have to use sqlyog or whatever else you are using for your database
