You could quickly add a lua implementation for SetVisibleItemSlot (335 implementation can be found here: https://github.com/TrinityCore/TrinityCo...cpp#L12132, the used value setters also exists in Eluna: https://elunaluaengine.github.io/Object/...Value.html )
