Not sure I get what you did.
You need a new row in Light.dbc.
There you need to set a LightParamId in LightParamsId_1 (good weather), LightParamsId_2(good weather underwater), LightParamsId_3 (bad weather), LightParamsId_4 (bad weather underwater) and LightParamsId_5 (death)

if the coords are all set to 0 the light will be global on that mapid. If the lightparam is valid and not pitch black in color you should see stuff (not pitch black)

How to produce a skybox – 3.3.5. Introduction What is a skybox? The answer is fairly simple, a skybox is a way to light up your zone in WoW. Aside from lightning up the environment, it also allows us to manipulate the way the sky looks (that is why it is called the skybox, but I consider this to ...

Also these.
https://wowdev.wiki/DB/Light
https://wowdev.wiki/DB/LightParams
https://wowdev.wiki/DB/LightFloatBand
https://wowdev.wiki/DB/LightIntBand

Sadly the light dbcs are pretty terribily normalized. So your lightfloatband and lightintband ids are dependent on your lightparams ids. It's a bit weird at first but not that complicated.

Anyone here got experience using IDA pro to crack the GlueXML / Signature check for WoW.exe?
I've managed to fix patch numbers, root loading (no MPQ), FrameXML and some other stuff but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to crack the Glue check so I unlock LUA.
I'm not the best at this so was looking for some advice if anyone had experience doing it..
