no, only interface issue would be to move your felorc button to horde side if you don't plan to play it on alliance, but it's just for consistance
for the rest it's dbc issue but i never touched other expansion different than wotlk

you would also need to change skilline.dbc to add new racials skill
skilllineability.dbc for their passives (up to 4 if i recall)
skillraceclassinfo.dbc, forgot what this one was doing
also need to change the racemask in faction.dbc
there was also racemask to change if i recall for race or specific class quest like paladin mount or stuff like that
and still more that i forgot

back then i recall worgen having really odd bug when shapeshifting back to their normal form don't know if I still ahve the screenshots though
