Problem is I have not yet entered the WMO into the WMOAreatable, so this test is done without DBC entry

Maybe if there's no light override in the dbc it uses the exterior light

I've tried it with DBC flags and it's still the same. Does anyone else know what could be wrong and how to fix it?
