I still didn't sort this out... Why does the texture not display, even though the Furlbrow's wardrobe can be added as an object...

ItemRandomProperties.dbc links to a specific value while with ItemRandomSuffix.dbc you can scale it by item level.
The enchantments allowing for scaling are named like this: "+$i Agility". (2802 in SpellItemEnchantment.dbc)
Allocation is how much of the stat is used. 10000 being 100.00%.
I think RandPropPoints.dbc holds those values. Id is the item level and <Quality>_<1-5> are the item slots by quality. I'm not sure what number was what slot though...
