Iirc its case sensitive and its something like `BUILD_TOOLS=TRUE`

I mean, it's not a very good quality pic, it's even difficult to see the tiniest of details, such as the branding on the unix system, etc so I can imagine some people may struggle to figure out where that's from, but then while talking about this, I thought about that photograph stuck to the monitor, I think that would help define where that meme background came from.

That 3D file manager actually exists. In Jurassic Park, they used a real Unix system called Irix, and this is the interface, along with the 3D file manager.
