Both should be changed. It shouldn’t be modifiable by outside factors. It should be your gameplay. That’s it.

but I can definitely see how classic is a certain way, and wbuffs makes the game "more fun" even if you don't care about the outcome of parsing

World buffs aren’t as bad, it is still just a time sink, but I’d rather go for buffs than tell someone you can’t play that class today because I’m parsing

On one hand, things like PI or DI in cata as an example are from a fantasy perspective cool

Like if you go out the way to get worldbuffs for yourself and spent the time doing it imo you should be rewarded in the sense of having a quicker raid
