Nah to me it sounds like it's throwing an error because it's missing the icon file path to open

i wouldn't be surprised if client did something like `toupper()` somewhere when reading file paths

blizz was not consistent with casing u can find any casing anywhere which obviously makes no difference for game that runs on windows

ok, y'know, you may ignore this advice but hear me out, try running on native windows or vm windows and report if error still occurs, if not then wine is a shitty emulator
