HB Patcher is a program for use with Honorbuddy or MrFishIt 3.3.5 version, since it crashes wow if you use it on windows 8 - 10 (because directx is slightly different than win 7 and lower) this will launch and patch wows endscene so that it will work on windows 8 - 10.
All external dependencies have been embedded so it is 1 easy file

Thinking about just decompiling it and coding all this in and get rid of the 27 things needed to run it

Well seeing as this is for patch 3.3.5 which is a 10 year old wow patch[2008] i wouldn't consider it live
