did anyone figure out what are those two rows marked as `?` in LightFloatBand.dbc?

my only guess it's some sort of sky parameter, quick skim through 3.3.5 file only ever have value if `Celestial Glow Through` and `Cloud Density` rows have non-zero values~~, and `4 ?` seems to always be 0.95 while `5 ?` always being 1 in those cases~~ scratch that, just after writing that part i've found an exception
