ya so what i can see in sql/spell editor(and how it functions in game)
```-47258 |0 |5 |0 |8388608 |0 |0 |65536 |0 |0 |0 |0 |```
conflagrate procs highest backdraft version
ill use rank 3, so this is what gets procced and this is all it has as an effect
. the trigger spell 54277 is the actual backdraft buff you see in game (3 charges, faster cast/gcd recovery on a cast)

ill poke the ac discord and see if anyone knows where its hiding. alternatively my implementation of demonic fury will just have to be more conisistant on generation, and make demonbolt cost alot less

I think it's going to be corrupt data on the WMO that vmap extractor/assembler is unable to parse correctly, resulting in it getting skipped and no data existing for the tile.
Unfortunately the only real way to debug that it so analyse it in 010 editor and debug the server code. Perhaps there is debug logging you can enable.

nvm im an idiot. completly forgot about effects>effects1 tab in spell editor (cause ive been doing passive buffs until now, so i never touch it)
on the version of backdraft that actualy handles the buff:
