Well, I think it is set on server right, cause without skybox model it works fine. At around 18:00 the sun rises and about 21:30 sun sets and the lighting for it is set in DBC.
But when I added skybox model to it, it changed. (Even when I log in to the game, there is like 1sec before the skybox loads and it shows that the hardcoded basic light is different from the skybox)

It is 20:28, and the sun starts so set. Around 21:30 the night starts

But in the skybox the night started like 2 hours before that

I have to imagine your light dbc respects whatever colors you provide it at whatever times you provide, but the skybox doesn't give a shit about the light and only respects the actual day/night cycle.
What I mean to say is I don't think just changing the light colors is triggering day/night in any meaningful way for the skybox to have any idea what you expect it to be doing.

Yes i figured, but is there a way to somehow change the way the skybox animation works? The hardcoded lighting without skybox reacts to the way it is set on the server, but the skybox doesnt

I assume it's clientside logic.
