Kinda the direction I was hoping to go for a while there. Biggest beast to tackle that I left off on was getting LUA to read from the DB and add in custom heroic affixes to items. Stopped before getting Eluna and Rochet integrated due to fears of messing something up

Over time bear form changed from `armor contribution from items by 180%` to `armor contribution from cloth and leather items by 180%` between TBC and Wrath. Specifically it limiting to cloth and leather items.
