A morph isn't permanent so yeah it won't show at character creation and logons. What you are asking for then is a bit more involved. You'd have to change the model for that race, or if you don't want to have that race always be new model, you'd need a custom race made for people to use. There are people who have included other races as modules, I'd recommend looking at those modules and then changing things as you require?

But if you just want like an undead to be a druid there is already a module for that named ARAC (All Races All Classes)
