I have no plans on using so i'll remove it. so far got everything down to 27.7 but there is still more to remove. I decimated all the hair already.

any idea why there is two robe bottoms? thought there was only one bottom

Char models usually have one-sided materials, so they have mesh/face duplicates with inverted face normals to make the mesh "two sided"
