Hmm, I edited it because it occured to me that the highlight area corresponded pretty well to the placeholder coordinates I had in WorldMapArea.dbc. I wonder if it just scales the highlight blps to those coordinates. I honestly don't even remember if there are non-square highlights when hovering a spot on a default 3.3.5 map.
