afaik the only values that make sense are the miscvalue being speedxy and miscvalueb being speedz

Haven't heard of that no, try exporting to a smaller size I know the default in noggit is like 4x higher than what blizz uses in 3.3.5, also direct blp export is known to be buggy try exporting as image and convert to blp with another tool
