Another thing to check... Do you have specular highlights enabled? That needs a second version of the texture which noggit doesn't use afaik

either you painted specular textures and it's looking for specular_s.blp or you are missing _s.blp versions in your mpqs

Porting it from legion client fixed the issue. Idk if I had the right listfile from the ADTFiledataconverter but just porting it from legion did the trick
