I have this spell linked to a create item spell. And basically I'm going to learn this spell that is shown in the pic every 10 or so levels to increase the value of the create item spell by 1. However it is multiplying the number instead of just a flat modifier. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

the 3 is for effect1 which is the create item effect
