Doing it via 010 editor can be confusing. If you prefer programatically, see: `Changing the WoW client version` at the bottom of: https://github.com/stoneharry/Blizzard-Patching for an example.
You are basically going to an offset in the binary and changing the bytes at that position (we express through hexadecimal for readability).
Using code like this you can read the existing values to verify that you can read it correctly, then replace it with new values
