define "moddable"....it has more complex data structures but that doesnt rly tell anything about how hard it is after u aquire that knowledge

epsilon has the patches tooling to go around CASC for local stuff/distribution (but they also have a ton of stuff in CASC ofc)

the newer VFS stuff is theoretically easier to mod as it was made for that but nobody has bothered to document it for WoW properly yet
