if it's part of the model you can look at it in 010 and maybe increase the amount of emitted particles or something. If it is an actual enchantment I'm not sure how those are applied.

from a brief glance, maybe it's just attaching other m2s to the m2, in that case find the right enchantment m2 and edit it in 010 maybe
