On TC if I want to make it so a buff is remove when another buff falls off is there a way to do this via DB instead of making a OnEffectRemove script?

I was looking at spell_link_spell but I only want it so when X buff falls of Y buff also falls off, NOT when X buff is applied the Y buff will also be applied.
