yeah, i had a spell_bonus_data entry for my LHW at first, then I tried with ONLY the EffectBonusMult and it worked the same in both instances
It seems Lightning Bolt/Lava Burst (the two damage spells I've tested) require a spell_bonus_data entry, perhaps the EffectBonusMult is ignored for damaging spells?

huh seems like azerothcore contains every spell in the override db for some reason, if you use azerothcore you u may need to tweak the table yes
