I see WDBX Editor has some info about command line, but I dont know how to enable this command line.

well, i would like to create for myself a workflow where I can export default .dbc, apply my changes, then create new .dbc and put this in client and core. thanks to this i will be able to add my own content without disrupting original data. and also, i want to do it in console, so i can write a program that will deal with this.
any ideas for me?
