Forgive me for not having a stock 3.3.5 emulator set up, but doesn't this guy exist in a stock installation? Why would something custom need to be added if this is considered stock functionality?

Pretty sure it exists in TC 335, it is just a player flag (PLAYER_FLAGS_NO_XP_GAIN).
