It will teach everything that blizz allows in model editing. you'll love it!

Pet (non-combat) swapping
Combat Pet swapping
Armor
Weapons
Game Objects (like chairs, or campfires, so campfires can become staircases)
Charater Races/Sexs
Charater to Mob
Mob editing
Mounts
Flying Mounts (Like so bats and gryphons look like goblin stuff and dragons)
And Most Importantly INSTANCE SWAPPING (need to see a good straight through guide for this)
