Hello, I am making Zelda themed dungeons so I wonder if it is possible to program that water rises and lowers when you press a button like in the Water Temple in Ocarina of Time?

most likely no and not easily at all. even making 'normal' geometry move is a challenge, but you can try swapping out one of the transports with something that has water in it and see how that behaves, if that works it might be possible to do in a limited sense in some single square area
