It's unique compared to other modding communities in the sense that we don't really have any way to mod any server side (or client side for a vast majority) content *without* actually using an emulator

Don't most emulators have the XP rate commands built in, you just have to give the player account access to it? Or am I mistaken?

now ur talking about modding the gameplay loop instead of strictly any core change though. I think the term mod applies more to products, while emulation applies more to intellectual properties or ideas
