The only thing I haven’t tried yet that could be affecting the 75 not changing is if the next spell you can learn , journeyman first aid 76 to 150 overwrites it so that it won’t let me change the 75 to a 99. I only tried changing it to go higher not lower, so will test tonight when I can to see if that’s the issue. Other then that idk what else it could be
