What you can do is edit the wmo and add flag which is allowing to use mounts. Second thing you could try is edit wmoareatable.dbc to force outside. After edits to wmoareatable you need to set a proper wmo nameset on your map (noggit red should handle that for now). And after this you need to reextract your maps data for the server

So im modifying the paperdollframe.lua file for the char frame and just placing the original file inside of the patch causes issues. Not sure whats going on havent changed anything yet.

Is it perhaps executing it twice and messing up perhaps? bc technically there is 2 instances of the file in 2 different patches..
