creature_template_addon table, visibilitydistancetype column. As far as I can find, only accepted values are 0 or 1, which mean the creature is visible from either 90yd or 250yd.
I strongly recommend using chatgpt, even the free version. it's really capable of browsing the azerothcore wiki

another way to discern these things is by installing Keira3, and checking out the options there. If, for example, a creature has a certain option in keira3, it means that option exists in the corresponding table in the SQL database
