animation doesn't affect the visual skin, it looks like the whole skin is messed up

well, i made it in blender and it seemed okay tbh

Sadly i'm not a modeler, I'm a level designer rather, however <@239448375152345089> i'm sure could give a reason why in less than 10 seconds just looking at it.
