However, I can't seem to find any reference in the core, spell editor, or dbc files that make this spell scale differently from normal spell power spells. Does anyone happen to know what makes this spell scale off **HOLY** spell power, instead of regular spell power?

The fact that it's school is listed as Holy

I've noticed you're on Stoneharry's Spell Editor, if you look at what school is check marked, IIRC, besides anything special, generally checkmarking the schools should allow you to make the spell scale off of that spell power

You don't specify that in DBC, you just name each model differently depending on race and gender. Like for example human male helm will be the model name, + _HuM at the end.
