I try it out but the result isn't good
My stepps:
create a folder called creature etc, put the drake files in it and renamed it to my normal mount name...the two extra files i reanmed two,but i don't know what u exactly mean with your 2.step so i let it ...i create the mpq file with the new skins for my undead mount, but the result isn't good(picture)
I uploded the folder and the mpq file ...eventually you can tell me whats wrong..
