ok heres some examples on the dbc, so ranger is skill 841 to create a new tab for them in skillraceclassinfo. inside the skilllineabillity i have the ranger spells set as skillline 841 so they associate with ranger and go into the tab.
As you can see, they are all non associated with a class or race mask, yet still some autohide and some dont

That's default behavior in 3.3.5 unless you check the "show all ranks" thing

If it's showing the separate ranks with that unchecked, then it's missing data
